I am not sure where you got your info on Scat MrDestine, but I have seen cars with Scat cranks make big power for a long time. My brother has one in his 347ci Mustang that is read to run 8's. Also I have seen many cars in the mags making big power (700+rwhp) with Scat cranks. I think that it would deffinitly be enough for what 4.8T is looking for.

i'm not looking at 1000hp or nothing just like 10# or so daily driven but up in 15's or so if my turbo will push it my turbo is good for around 750hp. if scat is ok ti handle that i'll be ok. but i do want it to be reliable. so should i bore the 4.8 out or use the ls1 for all this?

and can some one please tell me if my turbo will still be ok for a stroker motor https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...d.php?t=357194
