Im posting this link just to clarify that im going to be ordering the right parts..
ARP Hex LS1 Head Bolt Kit part # 46-134-3609

ARP Pro-Series Connecting Rod Bolts part # 46-234-6301

on the head gaskets do i get them for a 4.00" bore or 4.03" bore?

Looks good. But, If you haven't bought the rods yet you can help to justify the cost if you buy some with bolts included. Plus, depending on which ones you get, you can also get bigger bolts. There are some on ebay for $249 with 7/16 ARPs.

Looks good on the PN.
Gasket wise, go with the 4.030" if you are overbored or want slightly lower compression else the stock 4.0" is fine.
