Glad that you got it figured out Matt, as I mentioned, I was pretty sure that was your problem after you mentioned that you reused the original o-ring and it was blue. Once those o-rings compress, and the seal is broken, it is highly unlikely that they will seal again. Not to mention, many guys have reported problems when trying to use the blue o-ring, brand new

 

Thanks Bud! Got goood oil pressure now. 40 at idle and comes up to 60 strong. So glad I didnt really have to tear into the engine and get the pump.

i just got my o ring in from tsp with my new ported oil pump and they sent me a blue one.. i dont understand i paid 5 bucks for a new o ring and they sent the one that has all the problems

 

You should give them a call or send Matt@TSP a PM...they may not be aware of the issues that guys have seen with the blue O-ring.
