Default Pushrods?

Are stock length ok with the LS1 hot cam? I will be getting hardened just not sure if I needed 7.425?

Never heard of anyone needing to swap pushrods for an OEM cam swap. It's about the base circle of the cams (I assume you are using stock 1.7 rockers). Your stock cam and the hot cam should have the same base circle.

Hopefully one of the geometry whiz kids will chime in and know for sure.

I've heard conflicting info about the base circle of the hot cam (which is why I've been watching this thread instead of posting in it lol). I was hoping that one of the guys who have run the Hot Cam would post up what pr's they used...I've read that both the Hot Cam and LS6 cam share a .050 smaller base circle, but don't know for sure.
