Push length ????? Math only

Pushrod length ????? Math only
Stock lq4 block and 317 heads ls9 head gaskets ls7 lifters and ls6 cam
So the cam is smaller I guess .005 smaller????
The lifters are taller .005 ?
So is this basically a wash when it comes to push rod lengths.....
Going to measure just trying to get a idea any help would help
Next question stock push rod length is 7.381 i think so is a 7.4 the same or will it make much difference
