Ok, thought of another thing, will the 5.3 starter have enough ***** to start the 404???

yes. It started 1slow01z71's 418 just fine as well as many 408's. They are excellent starters.

Well, I order my first parts... The Rotating assembly! I went with Livernois Motor Sports 404cid forged set up, it comes fully balanced and is they have run up to 26lbs oif boost at 1,300HP with out breaking it!!!

Which leaves my parts list with the following...
- GM LS/LQ9 V8 6.0Liter Block Bored and Stroked to 6.6Liter HERE
- Livernois Forged 404cid Stroker Rotating Assembly ORDERED
- Livernois Stage 1 Heads w/Valve Train
- Livernois Custom Cam
- Livernois Comp Lifters
- Livernois Hardened Push Rods
- Precision Polished GT76 Turbo
- Siemens 60lbs Fuel Injectors
- Snow Performance Meth Injection System
- SLP Double Roller Timing Chain
- SLP High Flow Oil Pump
- SLP 160 Degree Thermostat
- Flex-A-Lite Electric Fans on Radiator
