i've got a comp 218/224 563/581 on a 114+3.. with a yank tt3000.

buddy had this exact grind in his n/a 5.3 and it made great power all around, mostly after 2 grand. and after he installed his radix, it really complimented it. he had the prc stage 1.5 heads though.

i'm just kind of following in his footsteps, from what i know to make great power.. but i went and bought these prc stage 2.5's thinking it would be worth it.

but, if anyone does find out the numbers you'll be a lot of peoples heros to post it here, as TSP and prc's website doesn't have much to go off of. it will be good for a lot of future references for others looking to buy these heads.

Okay so i reckon i'll go with the prc 5.3 heads, with the 2.02/1.575 valve option. Did anyone find what the combustion chamber size is for these heads? So i would know if i needed to have them milled or not.

Also would i need shorter pushrods with the tr220 and milled heads(if needed)?

you should have measured the combustion chamber before you shipped them.

PRC 5.3 Stage 2.5 heads have 62cc chambers. The heads are decked and the valves are recessed. The 10.75:1 SCR would be applicable for the LS1 getting these heads.

Okay since the chambers are 62cc, I figure i will get them milled to 59cc since stock is what 61 or 62cc
