Default PRC 5.3 stage 2.5 VS ET performance 225 (advice)

Hi all

first of all my mods are in the signature

am going to replace the cam on my car with 220/220 from texas speed that was the plan last month

but i ordered a yank pro truck 3200 converter , also my brother gave me a set of ET performance CNC heads Ls1 225 since he dont need them any more

the questions are:

-would i benefit from changing heads from stage 2.5 to ET 225
-will they fit on the 5.3 engine? (since the new body uses the ls6 style heads i assumed it will fit, no?)

will the cam be suitable on my setup? with the 3200 converter ,heads and full bolt ons (the heads have 660 lift springs)

sorry for the long thread but i need advice i have three heads now lol

cheers

I think with the setup you have, and going to a little bigger cam, your going to want to stay with the PRC heads.

the just told me its better for light cars not bickups since they will hurt the low end power due to the larger runners

i think they will wait until i order a bigger engine in near future

thanks

after i recived the heads they seem to be the 215CC no 225cc

the code engraved on heads says 215.035.00 does that mean the size of the heads?

i think its mean 215 cc port volume and 35 Chamber Volume

LOL R U SRYS?! PRC vs ETP'S? ETP hands down. I wish I hadn't had to sell mine Comparing PRC to ETP heads is like comparing a hyundai to a bentley. Not even close.
