Default prc 2.5 vs trick flow 225

im just stuck on if ill see any gains from swaping heads?im looking for 20-30 hp and 20=30 trq.does it sound reasonable?i know prc heads r pretty good for the price.but how much better can a trickflow be?anyone?id appreciate it

Same author too If you want 20-30 hp/tq get a FAST lsxrt Intake and whatever other small bolt ons you dont have...If you already have PRC's its not worth the cost for the small gains imo........
