Default porting 243's

Currently doing a some mild bowl blending on a set of 243's and am wondering if the swirl hump near the valve guide should be ground out and blended in? This will be a mild 6.0 build using a cam in the 218 intake duration range.

The only thing I would do myself would be polish out the exhaust runners, and grind the rocker arm bolt casting out of the intake runner. I have seen more harm than good done on these heads without a flow bench.....
