Default ported heads 862/706

Has anyone ever purchased ported head from allied motor parts ? They seem to be the the only company with ported heads in stock .

Did you try sourcing PRC heads?

Nope. Only ever seen them come on the Ls1 Tech Side to defend/promote there product.

Have not been able to find any real world experience with them.

So I saw this and was curious so I checked out their website. I would have thought for sure they source the CNC from someone else but apparently they do in house. Not sure if you have seen it but here is flow numbers (all the way at the bottom)

Here are the Katech flow numbers to compare against. Personally I find it very hard to believe this not so well known in house shop is able to achieve numbers better than an extremely reputable aftermarket race based company but who knows, take it for what it is worth.

I know this doesn't help at all but I actually PM's this guy this morning asking if he has a line on any more heads. In other threads selling what he had he says he doesn't have any idea when he will get more. Not a huge deal for me personally bc I'm in no rush what so ever but these were/are a pretty killer deal if he ever gets any more:

You can skew the numbers to read one way or the other on a flow bench. It's just like a Dyno. It's only meant to be used as a tool.

Personally I stick with known companies with proven results. They don't need to sell on Ebay to get there product out there.
