Default ported 241's on a stock 5.3L short block?

helping my girlfriends dad build up his truck, and i can get a killer deal on a set of fully ported 241's, but i am not for sure if you can use them on a 5.3L. Can I? and Do you guys think a TSP 224 would work great with this set up?

any info would help me.

thanks
Charlie

#241s will be fine. I'm using #243s on my 5.3L.

What are the valve and chamber sizes of these ported 241s? Have they been milled at all?
