the 918s would be fine for your cam... I've been running 918s for a while w/o a problem. But since you already have the Patriots go ahead and run them, the are a bit more durable spring. That is the spring I will be upgrading to here soon for the new cam

Good luck with your new set-up, should make decent power for your truck.
