Default PG Dual springs or Comp 918s?

I just got a set of NIB Patriot Gold dual valve spring complete with the entire kit and have read on here and been told by others that I will have to change them out fairly often. Should I just go with Comp 918s and sell the duals? I want something that I will not have to change out or check once they are installed.

In order to help you with your question you need to post your cam specs

I already have the Patriot Golds. My question is should I keep them or sell them and get 918s?

I would keep them, they surely would last longer than the 918's. Your cam is pretty close to the .600" lift max for the 918's so I would reccomend a dual spring anyway.

if you already have them u might as well use them. dual springs r better than a single any day. u would be pushing the limits of the 918's w/that cam. BTW great cam choice. when is the big install day? good luck with it.

As soon as the stall gets here I will tear it apart and start the install. I'm going to do the cam, springs, chromemoly pushrods, underdrive pulleys, and 3400 Fuddle stall. The stall should ship out Wed, everything else is already here.
