what cam and what stall are yall running
or what cam do yall recommend

 

I'm running a 228 230 112 cam with 3000 stall. Its great for daily driving but I was recommeded a bigger cam more suited for nitrous. I'll end up with a 236 242 on a 113 lsa next year. I recommend to have your cam spec'd by cam expert patrick G. Only costs $25 and takes the guesswork out.

 

I've got a Thunder 230 236 112lsa and a 2800 stall. If it ever starts I'll let you know how it does.

Cam choice should match the summer plans unless you want to switch cams then. A great NA or N20 cam won't necessarily be a good s/c cam, and won't be a good turbo cam.

Is this going to be an all-out kind of effort or relatively low boost?

For general sizing, with a turbo cam, a 23x duration is plenty.
