Hey man... your ***** of a cam is about to find its way into my 5.3 ... I was just wondering how hard it was to tune and where you shifted it and basically how it did in your 5.3... Its the 223/225 you sold Jordan a while back. he's already moving up... ... thanks for any info you could get to me... Thanks Bro...

does anyone have any clue how this thing will run??? its a 223/225 .564/.571 114 in a 5.3 ecsb

I have his graph saved on my computer. It made 331HP/333TQ. HP peaked at roughly 5700-5900RPM and fell down to 300HP @ 6800RPM.

good to know... was he shifting it that high? I was thinking around the 6400 range...

That's about where I'm shifting it at now, just under 6500. Shoot Kevin a PM if he doesn't see this.

Ben the PCMs are sent out so make sure your tuner knows everything and where to send it back to. Also, I have the cam card if needed.

could you maybe fax me a copy of that card today or tomorrow?? I need to know all the specs on that thing so I can get tuned for it the tight way... BTW.. do we need to pick up a valve spring compressor??

Intake = 274* @ .006'', 223* @ .050'', 564'' w/ 1.7s
Exhaust = 276* @ .006'', 225* @ .050'', 571'' w/ 1.7s
ICL = 111
ECL = 117
LSA = 114


Valve Events @ .050''
IVO=.5 BTDC
IVC=42.5 ABDC
EVO=49.5 BBDC
EVC=4.5 BTDC

the hobby shop has one... but you're checking it out, I hate those ****. I'm might go pick one up Friday.
