Default oil pressure

i did my 6.0 swap and now when the truck is cold the oil pressure guage want go passed 30 when its cold but as soonn as the motor gets to 195 the guage starts working . any help here

weird. mine almost pegs out when its cold because the motor is idleing high.

My brother's work truck does that on real cold mornings, my theory is that there may be some moisture in the sensor that freezes, and then thaws as the truck warms up. allowing it to start working again... just brainstorming
