Default not sure were to put this...

my motor started acting strange it started making a crazy loud squelling niose, the other day. I figured it was the water pump goin out but that was not it. Thin maybe it might be the idler pulley and tensioner pulley, well that not it either. thin some one mentioned the alternater bearing but i just replaced it a couple months ago. So, im kinda lost if you guys could help i would really appreciate it, Thanks.

Cam bearings? We have put 2 motors in last 2 weeks in trucks with the same symptoms. Take the belts and fan off(if equipped with clutch fan) and see if the noise goes away, this will eliminate belt driven noise and will help diagnose internal engine.
