Default no vacuum to the pcv

I am not getting any vacuum to the pcv valve. Have a cam and a tune, stall and shorty headers.

Any suggestions what could cause this?

I am burning about a quart of oil per week.

Why do you say you are getting no vacuum? Have you tested it?

If so, sounds like a leak somewhere.
