For anyone wanting to remove the relief valve that pops at 55psi in the oil pan for DOD/AFM trucks and plug it, it can be done engine in vehicle. Dropped crossmember under oil pan and took bolts out of steering rack and let it drop all slightly. Oil pan can then be worked out and down.
Used a 14mm x 1.5 pipe plug from Fastenal with red loctite. New oil pan gasket too. Haven't had a chance to see how much oil pressure was gained but did see 60psi moving truck back to its parking spot. Would never see more than 55psi anytime previously.
Did this as I'm adding a Procharger sometime soon (sitting in bedroom occupying space) and tuner recommended yanking this out.
