Default New Heads or Get Head Work ???

Alright fellers,

I was just curious. I still have stock 243 heads on the truck. Which would you do? and why? What kind of gains? How would it effect driveability? Say I'm shooting for 30 to 40 RWHP. Am I just wishfull thinking, lol.

With a 5.3 you would do better with the 205s, the 225s are too big really, w/ the 5.3 you want more veloicty than volume.

If I'm wrong somebody correct me.

I would get some proven bang for your buck heads like PRC stage 2.5(what I have) or the patriot perf heads.
