Default Need Help On which way to go??? 6.0 help

Ok guys I need EVERYONE'S opinion, first off just let me say that my truck has been down for probably HALF this past year ( I'm ready to drive it). Ok I just bought a 2002 lq4 6.0 with 80k with a warranty, throttle body to oil pan. What I had before my tranny shop decide to F*** my truck up,
2006 single cab 5.3l stock motor with long tubes, 53lb injectors, walbro intank, intercooled STS kit own 9psi made 408rwhp 398rwtq on 2 bar speed density tune by Allen Futrul. After getting it tuned truck went back to tranny shop they burnt 2 pistons in my 5.3 dunno how but got to move on ya know.
Now I have this used lq4 engine a Full Nitrous Kit, a tsp220 Cam 220/220 581/581 112 lsa. 2 sets of 5.3l 706 and 862 heads and the 317s thats on the lq4!!!
Ok what should I do just just drop the lq4 in after I ARP everything with that cam then put the sts kit on it also?? Then Back to the dyno... OR
Just get some good heads bring the Cr up and put the cam in maybe the nitrous????
This is of course if the motor Checks out ok ya know..??? I am just tired of looking at my truck sit in my garage and all my buddys asking about it. I'm the kind of person I can wait if its worth it but i want to drive my truck and not worry about it blowing up kinda for awhile.
Just give me some IDEA's whats the best I have done some research I seen some all motor 3-400's Hp??
