I read through the thread and didn't see any reference to transmission segment file swapping or starting new with a new 06 6L/4L80E truck file. Did this get done?

 

yeah it has a 2 bar speed density 6.0 4l80e tune in it

 

man what a bummer, I am sure this has been checked but it sounds low on fluid. I know mine did the same thing till I got the fluid level correct. Just a thought and a hope...

 

I got a new trans in today and she is almost road ready again, but i had to go the ER to have part of a cut off wheel removed from my thigh so i am posting from the ER on my laptop lol

BTW if your cutoff wheel is rated for 13,300 RPMS and your Grinder is rated for 14,400RPMS than it's gonna blow up catastrophically :puke:
