Here is another option for mounting your intercooler if you haven't completed it yet. If you need any help or anything give me a shout I'm in Houston as well.

Hey ZZebes, next to your radiator do you have solid plastic shroud pieces or are they the flexible rubber pieces? I've seen two different types on the 06 GMC's but haven't seen any good closeups of the areas I'm talking about.
What diameter tubing are you using for the intake charge?
Which side is the turbo going to mount on?

Sorry for all the questions lol, just trying to find a resolution. I saw a procharged truck the other day that had a FMIC mounted quite nice. Dunno how much clearance you've got, but the setup was badass.

i'll get you some better pics later, but i am running 3" charge piping and there is enough room with my current mounting location to get a pipe through both sides, the turbo will be on the passenger side and the charge piping will go straight down under the core support and the a 180 and a 90 into the FMIC and the same setup back to the TB

Alright a little update, Ready to pull the shortblock if it sells haha, as well as organizing my parts and bolts, tank is coming down this evening but i have to do some stuff today.
