Default milled heads BTR cam combination

Building a stock bottom end LQ4 with a BTR Stage III Truck cam specs are 218/224 .553/.553. It will see some nitrous at the track. I am considering milling the heads (317) .030. I know generally higher compression and nitrous dont mix. Thoughts? Will PTV clearances be okay?

That is a mild enough combo to not worry with a PTV issue

As mentioned PTV wont be a concern at all.

There is no problems with high compression and nitrous. How much do you plan on spraying?
