Default LY6 LSA Towing strokeR build advise

Looking for all and any good advise. This is my 1st engine build in 25 years.
I bought a 2007 LY6 6.0 iron block.
After I find a reputable machine shop to clean, line hone, cam bearings, light hone and run through the heads.
I will port match and smooth the intake and heads.

I am planning:
Skat ballanced stroker kit 58x, 3.9 in stroke.
Do I use flat or dished pistons, dished then how much? i have 91 octane where I live
Comp vvt cam. But what specs.
The engine comes at 9.6-1 compression
I will be using my LSA supercharger currently making 9.5 psi and using meth injection. Will the stock LSA injectors be enough? If not how much do I need?

The goal of this build is Towing. I want all the TQ and the lower the better. Since I tow having a race cam requiring a high stall converter is not in the cards.

The truck is a 2012 Silverado 4x4 6l80e replacing the 5.3.

Headers? Tri Y? High flow cats on dual Exhaust?

After this maybe a smaller pulley for more PSIs...
Should I look into a bigger throttle body?

Thanks again for your time and any pointers and advise.

I am not sure what stroker package you are looking. Usually they offer a few different options for pistons so you can achieve the compresiion ratio you would like.
That being said. You have to know what heads you are using and what the approxamit CC of the combustion chamber is.

I will be using stock ly6 heads port matched only.

It apears that there 70cc Combustion chambers. Chose the piston specs accordingly. Shoot for 9:5-1 to 10:0-1 range

The Stock Heads are 68cc chambers I am looking at -15 or -20 cc dish pistons to equal 9.1 - 9.6 Comp Ratio
I ordered a 280 grit hone finish to use Total Seal gapless top ring set
I am looking at the Comp 212/218 114LSA 54-412-11 cam package
I will use Doug Thorley Tri-Y 1 7/8 headers high flow cats I will build my own exhaust dumping behind the axle
My tuner said the LSA injectors and fuel stem I have now will work because I am not going to high RPM
I am looking at the Scat Forged 3.90 stroke balanced kit
Head studs, new main bolts

What Spark plugs should I use and at what gap?

The Junk Yard LY6 6.0 100,000 + mile engine looked pretty good

Sorry for jumping off topic, but how did you manage to bolt the coil packs with that fuel rail? Lol.
Could you possibly post pics, maybe of some vacuum line routing as well?
