Default LS7 Lifters or Morels

I have done some research and it seems that the LS7 lifters are good and the Morels are the best hyd roller on the market right now. I wondering if it is worth the price to buy the Morels. They are close to 5 bills, anybody know how much the LS7 lifters are running for a new full set?

Will the LS7 lifters work with a small base circle?
With the LS1 lifters, if the base circle gets too small the oil grove on the lifter gets too low in the lifter bore, and the lifter won't work.
I don't know if the LS7 lifter addresses this problem.
I do know that the Morel lifter was designed to work with the smaller base circles that come with the higher lift cams.

Quik's cam specs TSP Tv2 232/234 .595/.598 112

The new cam is going to be in the 620 range and 242/246ish on a 112. Anybody know a price on the LS7s. I shot out a couple of PMs so we will see what happens. If there isnt too big of a difference Ill get the Morels.

Just make sure the oil relief doesn't go below the bottom of the lifter bore with your smaller base circle.

HOw can I check to make sure the oiling hole on the lifter is still staying in the oil galley way?

He shot me a PM back and well there is like a 300 buck diff between the two so now Im really torn as to what to do. I damn sure dont want to have to pull the engine back apart cause if lifter issues.

From teh pics I have seen over on tech it just seems to be a bit "beefier" thats all. Still looks basically like a regular lifter. They are also designed to withstand higher rpms then the older ones.
