so i read on ls1tech that the cam specs were the same between the vette ls6 and the cts-v ls6. but what are the specs for a 05 ls6 cts-v? and where is the cam sensor? is it on the back like my 04 tahoe or is it on the front like the ls2's?

is it the 204/218 int/exh @ 0.05" duration
0.551" / 0.547" int/exh lift
117 LSA

 

All LS6's had the cam sensor in the back, if the 05 CTS-V has a LS6 then the cam will work fine with your tahoe

 

thanks, i was just wanting to make sure. the later ls6 cams are suppose to be good turbo cams. so if its the same i'll be good to go.
