Default ls1 oil pressure location

where is the spot to put a oil pressure sensor on a ls1? i thought it was on top behind the manifold kinda by the cam position sensor. also is there an air bleed off valve or something back there on top? here is a pic of it. its the copper color thing.

eBay, from a "stolen and retrieved" camaro. looked more like the guy banged a hole in the oil pan to ruin the motor for a new one. the thing was on the motor when he got it so he put it back on after machining.
