Default ls1 intake manifold

hey i have a 5.3 engine in my silverado and im looking at updating the intake to an ls1 intake manifold will that make a big diffrence and can i use all my old hardware or am i going to have to find fuel rails for it and all? Thanks

You will lose power with the ls1 intake

fast 90 is all thats really worth the trouble. plus you have to have all the fbody accessories

you may want to get some other mods going first before you put a fast on there. seems kinda pointless to put a $700 intake on a stock motor, like a diamond in a goats *** IMO.

to get the full benefit out of the fast intake you will need a good set of ported heads, good sized cam, and good exhaust..also 4.10s and 3600 stall would set it off nicely
