don't bother with the roller rockers . . . . the stock ones are plenty good.

The cam bolts . . . they're just plain jane cover bolts that hold it down. Tell them to send it !

Keep in mind, you're going to have to extend your cam gear sensor - yes it's easy
Get the LS2 timing cover . . . meaning more gold paint !

FYI: The order I placed on April 4th. I did not order the harness extender b/c I can do that myself. These are the GM Part numbers for the LS9 Cam conversion.

On to the gold paint. I have a full can left. Originally I was going to paint the lines in valve covers gold, tape them off and spray black. The gold didn't completely dry off so when I removed the tape, some of the paint came off. So now the Valve covers are flat black. Once i get all the parts in doing another 4-5 coats on the timing cover, what paint is left will go back on the motor. I <3 black but it has no business being in the engine bay!

FYI what this all going into

One more POW POW question...what injectors? Found a set 42lb-ers at a local speed shop for a decent price. Company called Venom makes them 219 plus tax for the set.

If you purchased a 2000 6.0L You may need to have something changed on the wiring harness regarding the alternator or in the tune when you swap to a 411 PCM. I can never get a straight answer on this one and have not done it yet my self. Not a big deal just something to be aware of when having it tuned.

1999-2000 Silverado came with 09354896 PCM
2001-2002 Silverado came with 12200411 PCM

The 411 Pcm with the later Operating System is typically more popular because there are more tables to tweak if you are running forced induction.

These 8 digit service numbers were used in other vehicles during those year ranges as well.

What is a 2WD Actuator for the 4L80E???

I have heard of a 4WD shift actuator for the front Differential and a Transfer Case 4WD Actuator, But nothing for the transmission itself.
