Just wondering if anybody knows what kind of power a N/A lq4 with an ls6 cam are making for power with a decent tune???? Trying to figure out how much this pig will be making before the turbo.

 

I don't know numbers, but that will be a great choice for the turbo. I've seen lots of success stories on tech with that setup.

 

well im just pulling out the cam from my 5.3 and putting it in the 6.0 - It helped alot on the 5.3

 

i would think around 320ish rwhp n/a with that ls6 cam, maybe a tad less....

i agree with the second post, a great choice for a cheap turbo cam, even more-so depending on the year of the ls6 cam. (LSA differences)

 

yeah its an 04 Ls6 cam. Motor is in just need to hook everything back up.

 

i love mine but I can't tell the diff between stock and ls6 cause i never ran the stock cam! I have got the larger ls6( i think the same one you have on a 117.5 lsa) The truck pulls awsome up to 6400 but i did yellow springs too! The efilive showed torque applied was 366 the other night so im prolly doin 300/325 hp/tq. Hard to say w/o a dyno though! Good luck let us know how it runs!
