Hello guys .. nice forum
I have lq4 . I want to help you to choose cam + piston

317 heads I want to replace it 5.3 heads

What are your proposals ؟

the best stock 5.3 heads to to use are 243 or 799

Stock piston work great, unless you are thinking like a forged bottem end.

Most stock rods could/will handle 600-700 before they might bend.
