Default lost a lifter, cam and #7 cylinder.

in my 5.3 i pulled it to do a 6.0 swap and did a compression check. 55-60 in all cylinders but 7 it only had 28 ish. also pulled the cam to reuse it in the 6.0 but it was toast also the lifter is all chewed up. so a new 6.0 and a custom grind cam from texas speed. so new number coming soon.
a few pics of the cam.

Get new lifter trays. I would change mine every other oil change if it was easy.

Or when you say a new 6.0, do you mean brand new?
