Depends on where you want the power and what other mods you want to do at the time.

how much money you wanna blow on it?

Cam helps some but need headers to get all the power out of it.
Then a Stall so you can get to the power quicker

How big of tires? Gear ratios?

gonna have to get a good posi unit too

Those are pretty meaty tires for the 3.73's you have. Without a converter it will be a bit of a dog...

Also... the cam swap alone will cost you 7-800. Along with the cam you will need to swap the valve springs and the pushrods, then all the gaskets and fluids to accomplish it.

For a lifted truck I usually tell them to go straight for boost...

Me like boost!! but its not for the faint of wallet per say..

gonna need a good trans and a good posi unit, then a good fuel system and all the lil things. but theres nothing like it for power
