LOOKIN FOR CAM FOR 05 5.3l L33

you can look on some of our sponser sites (to the right of here) thunder racing or texas speed. or the parts classifieds most likely you will spend 250+.
another cam that will be suggested is the 212/218, if you dont want to lose that much low end torque for towing i would suggest this one. ive personally seen this cam do wonders with bolt ons and a small stall.

Give a little more info on the truck...rcsb, ec?, daily driver, other mods, gears, torque converter (are you willing to change it to a higher stall), how often will it be at the track, etc.
But yes, the TR220 took bluecajun's rcsb into the 12's with no head work, the normal bolt-ons, 3k+ torque converter, and 4.10's I *think* (not sure on the gears, they may be steeper)
The Comp 212/218 is also a proven daily driver cam, that can be used without a higer stall converter, but works best with a converter that stalls 2600+. Go to the top and find the list of options in the grey strip and select "Search", and type in 212/218, and/or TR220, and you will find enough threads to keep you reading until your truck is a classic
