Default Which Lifters are you using

Ive seen plenty of builds on here making crazy amounts of HP and i was wondering what kind of lifters you are using. Im building a 370 that was gonna see boost but its going to run N/A for a while. The cam is a 222/601/115 with BTR double springs on 317 heads. I was thinking the BTR SLR lifters or the Morel street link bar ones. Which ones have you used that stood the abuse of your leadfoot. BTW this will be a daily driver seeing alot of highway miles so i dont know if that makes a difference.

Thanks
Franm

I run Morel in my 454 LSX and LS7 in my LQ9 daily.

If you want to spend the coin go with Morel.

Ls7 will work, never had an issue with any. A buddy has a 408 pro charged on 12-15lbs running ls7 for the past 20k and no issues

Im running LS7s and based on my experience Ill never use them again. Maybe the Cadillac racing lifters, otherwise I will most likely go with the Brian Tooley SLR lifters next time around. Or if im pushing some serious(600+) power, than the morel link bar lifters.

I don't know about anyone else, but my LS7 lifters seem to be fairly noisy around the 1500-2000rpm range. Was using 5w-30 and switched to 10w-30 and they quieted down some but still seem louder than they should be.
