misfire. You probably cracked a spark plug(s). Check the wires too.

i left the 5.3 comptuer in my truck would this cause it to misfire or something?

are the injectors off my 5.3 and 6.0 the same? do they spray more fuel on a 6.0 than a 5.3 or is it the same??

99 injectors were smaller than 00 up.

i just did the swap and finished earlier today...havent tuned for the bigger engine but i am planning on it...just wanna know if these issues are tune related or something else

I'm pretty sure the lack of a retune would explain the lean condition because there isn't enough fuel being delivered to support the extra cubes. I'm not sure on the misfire.
