i am currently doing a very similar swap on my 02 yukon... im taking out the 5.3 and dropping in the LQ9 out of an 02 escalade and i also have the L92 heads and complete intake off an 08 escalade.
will everything plug right in or do i need special harness? im sure this swap will need a tune, if so what kinda of tune? can i tune myself?
whats the est MPG on this kinda swap?

I did the l92 heads/l92 intake/cam swap into my 2003 Silverado.

The shop had to replace the valley cover. Don't know exactly why. Also, they had to use fuel pressure regulator mounted to the back of the L92 fuel rail. You will need injectors harness plugs for L92 injectors, too.

You will need L92 offset intake rockers, DRx adaptor for DBW throttle body and stands for the L92 rockers.

Ok i have almost everything.Except what do i need to do with the fuelrail ? 1999 fuelrail has regulator and feed & return lines.L92 fuelrail has no regulator and feed line only ? Do i need to do anything with the valley cover or bolts ? Any help Thanks
