A complete L92 or Ls3 Intake manifold, 90mm Throttle body and some L92 or Ls3 heads.. Oh and a Dr. X harness since you will be going from a 78mm to a 90mm TB with a Ls3 intake mani..

heads, intake/TB, water pump, water pump spacers, moddified alt bracket, spacer for the idler pulley, idler pulley moved to center bolt hole of the alt bracket. cable driven thorttle cable will need a custom ( homemade bracket ) for the linkage. as for the intake the truck intake and fuel rails will work just need to do some modifications, i opted to use the edelbrock fuel rails, your injectors may work with the stock truck l92 intake.

If he uses the Truck style intake, does he still need the water pump? I thought it was the same unless you go car style intake..

Does he have to get a tune? no, But should he? yes if he wants to get the full potential out of the heads.

As far as it being worth it, I believe so. I bet you will pick up a solid 20-30rwhp by just switching heads, If you do heads and cam your looking at a good 40+ rwhp gain easy..
