Default l92 6.2 broken lifters & pushrod

Yesterday while driving back home a huge sound came from the engine looks like a drilling machine i stopped the car and tried to start it again but it wont start ,took it to the workshop got the cylinder heads open and the intake manifold the mechanic called me telling that 2 lifters ,pushrods and 2 intake valve damaged ,will i was not suprised i had tune the 1 to 2 shift about 6100 rpm + the car has run more than 230k ,so now i am planning to get a ls7 lifters but can i run the stock pushrods or i need a diffrent set to go with ls7 lifters and what intake valves do u recommend stock or some thing else better than stock ?

these l92 valves i think there's a recall on these valves. Mine failed also, and have heard many stories of these valves breaking at high rpms'...

go with ferrea 6000 series.

I broke stock and also ls7 lifters several times, go with comp Rs lifters

No. LS7s are a different length lifter AFAIK.
