Default Injector Queston

Hey, I've got a buddy with a 2005 siverado. He dropped a 6.0L in it. Has full bolt on's. He's about to install a Texas Speed 224/224 cam. It has a 100 shot on it now, but will up it to a 150 shot when he installs the cam and get's the tune finallized. He has the 5.3 injectors from his 2005 motor.
Our question is, are the stock 2005 5.3 injectors big enough to support all his mods (including the new cam) right now until he buys injectors and installs them. Or does he need to go ahead and buy some bigger injectors before installing the cam?
Thanks,
-Kyle

Delphi Marine 42-44's should suffice, but 60's would be good also
