for my efi 350 but i havent been able to find any performance ones....does anyone know where i can find one at?

 

i am sure you have already looked at summit and jegs?

i dont know of much for those, besides swapping to a good carbeurated setup.

i want to get more hp and more breathing room for it...but so far ive found no lower intake as far as performance wise...i want to find an upper one too...but nothing..

not sure if your throttle body would bolt up though?

definately would work with the vortec 350 heads, which is what is on your motor, IIRC

here are lots of options from Summit

 

no one makes a plug and play intake for the 96-99 vortec motors. you either have to do the marine intake swap or convert it to a ram jet style of some sort. it is a lot of expense for minimal gains. imo just put a blower on it or leave it alone.
