If I swap a truck 5.3 engine with a 408 or 402 long block from TSP or SDPC2000, what intake and throttle body should I put to feed that motor.

I don't want to get into the hassle of swapping an LS6 or Fast Z intakes into the truck. Looking for a direct intake swap. Or, will the stock truck intake be good enough?

Is there an aftermarket truck intake out there?

What injectors size should go with the new motor? Are truck and car injectors the same when it comes to fitting into different intakes?

 

from what i understand there are no aftermarket truck intake out there unless you consider the 6.0l intake aftermarket for the 5.3. there are no direct bolt on car intakes either. depending on how high you would rev your motor is how much the truck intake would end up hurting you. if your peak power and shift points stay below mid 6k range then you can make due unless you are building a race vehicle then i'd say for greatest potential you'll want a car intake. injector size...i'd say 60# and no the car injectors i dont THINK are the same as the truck ones with the connectors in question but others more affluent on intakes will chime in.
*note* all of this is what i think and dont quote me for sure on any of it cuz this isnt my niche
