This is why loctite should be used, I torqued mine down 22ft lbs rotated blah blah blah and when i was left onside the road thinking my engine was about to blow because of a loose rocker i will not think twice about using Loctite next time lol.

How hard is it to pull the coil packs and rocker covers? Not very. If you do them in pairs(by doing 2 cys. at a time and then rotating the crank 90 degrees) you can just torque them as you go along and go back and retorque the ones you've already installed. That way by the time you get to the last pair you've already torqued and retorqued them all several times. The last ones I did were a set of the new Scorpions which they don't recommend any locktite on. If your using the OEM rockers and insist on locktite you should put the locktite under the OEM bolt head. This is the way GM does it(orange stuff under bolt head flat washer). That way the threads don't get gummed up with locktite. It's a good idea when you think about it if you plan to use locktite. Of course, this means the boss that the bolt bucks up against must be clean and dry(no oil).

When I did my cam swap, I left the coils on the covers and the covers came off fine.

if you used loc-tite, then you "should" be ok . . . but if you didn't I'd pull the covers, clean up the bolts, and start over.
