Default Help, Valve Stem Seal

I am in the middle of putting in some 918 springs.

I ordered some valve stem seals from Thunder Racing.
The ones that are currenly on the truck look like a washer-spacer-seal in one.
Thunder just sent me the seal. 16pcs all the same size.
The manual says the intake and exhaust are different.

Do I need to go buy the washer-spacer in one?

Also, in the bottom picture, is this part of the valve or the head?

Thanks

The seal on the left would definitely give you room for more valve lift. The arrow is pointing to the valve guide, it is part of the head.

Did you get new valve spring seat washers in your valve spring kit? If you did, you can use those with the new valve seals. Otherwise, you need the one piece design. Can't mix/match the setup.
