Default Help reading my Plugs

Ok so last night I ran the nitrous on my truck for the first time. 200hp wet shot. Removed timing from my original N/A tune and is now currently sitting at 23*. Did a few pulls, truck ran great and pulled like a freight train. Did noticed that my AFR's are a little on the rich side ranging between 11.8 - 12.1. Pulled a few plugs to get an average reading. As you can see on the ground strap, my timing line is almost perfect as it sits almost center of the bend. The strap is a nice golden brown color between the timing line and tip of strap, however between the timing line and threads, it's a chalky white. And I noticed a little bit of peppering on the porcelain, which would usually be from detonation, but I think my timing is a little on the retard side. Could this peppering be from running a little rich or possibly oil detonation? I'm running 91 octane

200 shot you should be on higher octane

Looks like a 7 series plug
Id swap to a 8 series for 200 shot

Too rich and too much timing.. Those Pistons won't last long. On an .082 jet you need to be around 18-19 degrees timing. Your timing mark need to be on the very tip of the strap, not the whole strap.
