Default Help with head/cam setup

I'm wanting to do a h/c swap on my truck. I have a stock pair of 241's that i want to get milled and ported and i've been looking at a tr220/112 cam. I've listened to bluecajun5.3's truck and i love the way it sounds. I was just wondering how this setup would work in my truck and what else i would have to do.

Stock heads shaved 30 thousands with a 3 angle valve job

K&N cold air intake
Ported throttle body
410 gears with auburn positive unit
stock trail blazer torque converter
billet survo in trans.

my truck is a single cab this engine ran 12.61 in an extended cab.
