Agreed...thats why I'm trying to get advice and opinions here. I'm kinda stuck with the elements listed and hoping they will all mate up properly. I wud rather not just thro cash at it, but instead try and find a combination that works right the first time. If I goota thro out some or all of these parts then I will, but....R/

Forget rockers unless you are going all out and want to pay 600 bucks to be able to adjust your preload. I just dont see the power/money ratio weighing in very heavily. Stock rockers are efficient enough. IMO

I personnaly think that you can run more compression and be fine with that blower. That style blower isnt known for producing large amounts of boost especially in a free flowing setup if you look at older SBC they ran 10:1 with the weiands around 10 psi and made great power on 93. I wouldnt be scared to run 10:1 with that blower especially if you arent going over 10-13psi just make sure the quench is where it need to be.
I would add more lift to that cam thats probably why those guys were thinking about 1.7 rockers.
I wouldnt worry about the heads you have, 10psi is alot more flow than 28" which is where those numbers came from.

my .02
