Default Head repair and cleaning

Hey guys, I have couple of questions. How hard is it to replace valve stem seals and does brake cleaner hurt aluminum heads?

To replace the valvestem seals you need to remove the springs, pull the seals off, put the new ones on and put the springs back on.

Brake cleaner won't hurt the heads.

Break cleaner is fine and valve seals are very easy to replace, but it is recommend to get the $8 tool to properly install new ones.
